I started Jackie with one goal in mind: to create a company that is known for providing the best solution for clients and caregivers alike. With a background that includes operating a homecare agency, working as a medical case manager, and caring for one of my own children born with developmental disabilities, I have first-hand experience of the challenges and rewards faced by an individual and family who must depend on outside assistance, as well as that of the professional who is genuinely honored to be a caregiver.

 

My business begins with recruiting professionals who want to work directly for clients rather than through an agency. These are caregivers who love what they do and are confident in their ability to provide the very best care. Training, credentials, and experience are obviously critical ingredients for a good caregiver. But it’s the quality of genuinely caring about the client that sets apart the very best caregivers. It’s their character.

I enjoy matching excellent caregivers with deserving clients. It’s not something I delegate to anyone else. That’s why I want to meet you personally. Jackie is named after my mother, who was not only a wonderful nurse but also a loving mom who knew how to make every one of her five children feel special.
